DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Physiotherapist at Fighting Fit Physio, you will be responsible for:
Perform comprehensive assessments, including using the best technology to test and measure you patients strength, range of movement, joint forces and physical performance.
Diagnose and treating a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal & sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients, considering both short-term and long-term health goals.
Provide a full range of physiotherapy services, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic home exercises, patient education and progression to gym based rehabilitation programs.
Educate patients on exercise habits and developing long term routines, injury management strategies, and the importance of ongoing physical wellness beyond basic pain releif.
Collaborate with our team of physiotherapy, exercise physiologists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and an excellent patient experience.
Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques, evidence-based practices, and continuing education opportunities to provide the best care possible.

THE PATIENTS

We have a mixed case load of musculoskeletal injury management and rehabilitation. We are a clinic with a 90% private case load topped up with a small mix of chronic disease, NDIS, work cover and third party.
You won't be bored, grinding out EPC's or on a mice wheel to burnout.
Our balance of great patients along with 60min initials, 30min follow ups and optimal patient numbers ensures you will be in the profession for a long career!
