DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with a team of allied health professionals
Efficiently and effectively manage patient bookings, via multiple channels of communication
Be committed to energising the wait room, communicating with patients and ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout our clinic
Be able to work at a high level with computers & technology
Work in a fast paced, progressive, goal and results focused private practice
Receive extensive training and ongoing support to optimize patient experiences and ensure a commitment to treatment
outcomes
Be more then a stock-standard medical receptionist, administration officer or medical centre gate keeper
Ensure performance is exception in our sales process
Own your roll creating exceptional experiences for our patients
Assist our clinical staff in providing our patients with a first class service on their journey to better health

THE PATIENTS
Are amazing!
We have a mixed case load of musculoskeletal injury management and rehabilitation. We are a clinic with a 90% private case load topped up with a small mix of chronic disease, NDIS, work cover and third party.
You won't be bored, grinding out EPC's or on a mice wheel to burnout.
Our balance of great patients along with 60min initials, 30min follow ups and optimal patient numbers ensures you will be in the profession for a long career!
